Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional IT experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of UML and BPMN modeling notations.
- Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and Enterprise Architect.
- Practical experience with 'as-is' and 'to-be' process analysis.
- Strong technical background in REST API and Open API integration.
- Ability to define and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
- Practical experience in writing User Stories with technical Acceptance Criteria.
- Experience in complex system and analytical documentation.
- Ability to adapt in dynamic projects with changing structures.
- Proficiency in querying and verifying large datasets using SQL.
- Knowledge of logistics systems (highly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and prepare business requirement specifications.
- Conduct analytical workshops and advise clients on optimal technical solutions.
- Prepare functional designs and comprehensive analytical documentation.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and client representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support testing teams during acceptance testing of developed solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to developers during the programming process.
- Assist the team in identifying product goals and fostering engagement.
- Manage project change requests.
