Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or three years of related experience in training, instructional design, or ERP/SAP implementation.
- Up to three years of professional experience supporting training or change management initiatives.
- Experience developing both instructor and participant training materials.
- Experience facilitating classroom, virtual, or computer-based training.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional project teams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. government clearance.
Responsibilities
- Support the Training Lead in executing the project training strategy.
- Design, develop, and maintain diverse training materials including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced content.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, workshop, and seminar-based training sessions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and subject matter experts to gather training requirements.
- Develop and update performance support materials to reinforce user adoption.
- Track training participation, completion, and evaluation metrics.
- Support Train-the-Trainer sessions and organizational knowledge transfer activities.
