- Ability to oversee VAs and ensure daily goals are met.
- Ability to assist with sourcing as needed.
- Ability to help standardize and improve department processes.
- Good English communication skills.
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
- Working Webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Main internet connection speed of at least 25 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection speed of at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage VAs during the assigned working hours.
- Ensure daily sourcing goals are being reached.
- Assist with sourcing activities as needed.
- Help standardize and establish procedures for the department.
- Support the team in maintaining consistent processes and achieving department goals.
