Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of graphic and web design principles.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, and Notion.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong, direct communication skills for delivering feedback.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Must be available to work US Eastern Time, 9 AM to 6 PM.
Responsibilities
- Manage workload distribution for a team of 10+ designers to ensure 24-hour task delivery.
- Perform quality control by reviewing design output against client briefs.
- Provide people management including leave requests, communication, and problem resolution.
- Conduct monthly and annual performance reviews for team members.
- Lead one-on-one and group training on design, communication, and time management.
- Manage client relationships and intervene in complex situations via chat, email, or video call.
