Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of graphic and web design principles.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
- Experience with team tools including Slack, Asana, and Notion.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Confident, direct communication skills for delivering feedback.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Availability to work US Eastern Time, 9 AM to 6 PM.
Responsibilities
- Manage workload distribution for 10+ designers to ensure 24-hour delivery on tasks.
- Perform quality control by reviewing final design outputs against client briefs.
- Oversee people management duties including leave requests, communication, and SOP adherence.
- Conduct monthly and annual performance reviews for team members.
- Lead one-on-one and group training sessions on communication, design, and productivity.
- Manage complex client relationships through chat, email, or video calls.
