Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration.
- Experience in an anesthesia or physician practice management organization.
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex client relationships and driving retention or satisfaction.
- Strong financial literacy: ability to read site-level P&Ls and identify variances.
- Experience coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding workflows.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (30–50% of the time).
Responsibilities
- Own the cadence and accountability infrastructure for client relationships.
- Document all client engagement activity and maintain records in the CRM.
- Serve as the first point of resolution for operational issues including staffing, payroll, and credentialing.
- Partner with Chiefs and Talent Acquisition on recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing.
- Prepare briefing materials and financial summaries for Regional Vice Presidents.
- Develop strategic plans to identify and develop expansion opportunities within client accounts.
