Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration.
- Experience within an anesthesia or physician practice management organization.
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving retention or satisfaction.
- Strong financial literacy with the ability to read site-level P&Ls.
- Experience coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding workflows.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (30–50% of the time).
- Familiarity with clinical scheduling platforms and practice management tools (e.g., Qgenda, iPro, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Knowledge of client contractual agreements.
Responsibilities
- Own the cadence and accountability infrastructure for client relationships.
- Document all client engagement activity and records in the CRM.
- Serve as the first point of resolution for operational issues like staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Chiefs on clinician recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing.
- Provide capacity relief to Regional Vice Presidents through preparation of financial summaries and client meeting materials.
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities within assigned client accounts.
