Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration.
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving retention.
- Strong financial literacy with the ability to read site-level P&Ls and identify variances.
- Experience coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding workflows.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (30–50% of the time).
- Experience with scheduling platforms like Qgenda, practice management tools like iPro, and CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Familiarity with new site implementations and client contractual agreements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accountability infrastructure for client relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and documentation.
- Act as the first point of resolution for operational issues including staffing gaps, payroll, scheduling, and compliance.
- Partner with Chiefs and Talent Acquisition on provider recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing.
- Provide operational capacity relief to Regional Vice Presidents through financial summaries and meeting preparation.
- Develop strategic plans for client account expansion and identify new service line opportunities.
- Monitor engagement signals and address clinician concerns to support retention and satisfaction.
