Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (AI).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Ability to provide retouching and design sample work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently at home.
- High-speed internet access.
- Must be available to work weekends through December.
- Flexibility to work designated shift schedules rotating based on demand.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper spelling, grammar, and photo placement in all card and stationery orders.
- Carry out advanced image enhancements including color correction, brightness/contrast adjustment, red-eye removal, and object/blemish removal.
- Address customer questions regarding image quality and resolution.
- Interact effectively through graphic, verbal, and written communication.
- Provide dedicated, high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction.
