Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or business-unit finance leadership experience.
- SaaS, healthcare technology, healthcare services, or multi-business portfolio experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
- Strong revenue forecasting and commercial finance experience including bookings, pipeline, and revenue conversion.
- Ability to partner with senior operating leaders and translate ambiguous business issues into practical recommendations.
- Experience managing and developing finance professionals.
- Advanced financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, presentation, and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with ERP, planning, BI, and HR/workflow systems such as Workday, Looker, Power BI, OneStream, or NetSuite.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior finance leader for EverHealth, advising leadership on financial performance, risks, and strategic tradeoffs.
- Lead annual operating planning, budget development, rolling forecasts, and monthly reforecast processes.
- Build financial narratives for performance, including drivers of actuals, forecast variances, revenue conversion, and investment capacity.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and commercial leaders on bookings, pipeline, pricing, retention, and revenue forecast accuracy.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on product investment, capitalization, operating metrics, and ROI of strategic initiatives.
- Oversee financial review workflows for headcount, operating expenses, and other budget-impacting decisions.
- Prepare executive-level materials for SLT sessions, board meetings, and strategic planning discussions.
- Lead, coach, and develop the EverHealth FP&A team, maintaining high standards for analytical quality and business partnership.
