Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
- Five plus years of related experience, including reporting and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Expertise in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and legal documents.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial aspects and drive financial strategy and planning for the account.
- Perform accounting and control functions including revenue and expense reporting and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, business owner reports, and new business reporting.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing budgets and forecasts with a focus on variance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation in consultation with regional leadership.
