- Ability to think in frameworks and scalable systems.
- Clear and persuasive written and verbal English communication skills.
- Genuine curiosity and interest in AI technologies.
- Ability to analyze hiring funnel data to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- User-empathy focus to create intuitive candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles ranging from Engineering to Growth.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates using our proprietary AI engine.
- Design and optimize recruitment workflows, ATS integrations, and evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate directly with Founders and Department Heads to define hiring needs and draft high-signal JDs.
- Support a high-performance working environment and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Act as a Flowmingo ambassador by communicating the vision to democratize hiring.
