Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SaaS product development, program management, and release management.
- Direct experience with AI-driven development lifecycles.
- Experience utilizing AI/Agentic workflows to optimize program management architectures.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to earn trust, mobilize teams, and set direction in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to deliver tough messages, resolve conflict, and adapt to change rapidly.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
- Deep proficiency in the AI landscape including LLMs, generative AI, and agentic frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent programs varying in size and complexity.
- Ensure program alignment to a strict Program Playbook to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Establish execution rhythm and rituals to facilitate decision-making and remove blockers.
- Communicate delivery health, milestone tracking, and risk analysis to leadership.
- Integrate AI and agentic tools into workflows to automate RAID logs and status reporting.
- Govern AI development unpredictability by adapting traditional program management strategies.
- Maintain a centralized Work Surface for tracking status, critical paths, and dependencies.
