Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years experience building products and systems with LLMs.
- Experience taking at least one agent to production and maintaining it.
- Fluency coding with AI tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
- Proven ability to write evals during the building process to define and measure success.
- Strong product judgment and ability to prioritize build decisions.
- Comfort working in a domain without established practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with non-engineering stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own the build out of new agents, skills, and platform capability for teams across TLDR.
- Build and deploy agents end to end, from design through implementation, evals, and rollout to internal users.
- Write the evals and specs that define what good looks like, so workflow quality is measurable rather than anecdotal.
- Partner with the Applied AI PM to decide what to build and make independent product decisions.
- Work directly with sales, revenue ops, editorial, and people ops stakeholders to integrate LLMs into their processes.
