Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in a product role with proven success and increasing responsibilities.
- Experience owning pricing, incentives, payouts, or supply-side economics in a two-sided marketplace.
- Super analytical with the ability to build models, defend them with data, and explain them to executives.
- Deep understanding of unit and business economics.
- Proven ability to balance business, clinical, and technical considerations in product decisions.
- Sound judgment in ambiguity and ability to determine when evidence is sufficient to act.
- Track record of driving cross-functional decisions without formal authority over all stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication skills for presenting quantitative arguments to executive audiences.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own the incentive system that moves therapist availability toward where clients actually need it, designed to be targeted, measurable, and reversible.
- Own the structure and clarity of the compensation model, including what a therapist can predict about their earnings and what the model rewards.
- Define what “well supplied” means for the network and build the tools and features to close gaps.
- Build a compelling and sustainable earnings proposition for therapists, using controlled rollouts and rigorous measurement.
- Incentivize specific behaviors including therapist availability, match acceptance, and continuity of care.
- Analyze and quantify the impact of changes to plan next steps based on data.
- Partner closely with matching, eligibility, member experience, therapist experience, and provider acquisition teams.
- Collaborate with finance, clinical, legal, marketing, data science, and operations to launch and measure changes.
