Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in a product role with proven success and increasing responsibilities.
  • Experience owning pricing, incentives, payouts, or supply-side economics in a two-sided marketplace.
  • Super analytical with the ability to build models, defend them with data, and explain them to executives.
  • Deep understanding of unit and business economics.
  • Proven ability to balance business, clinical, and technical considerations in product decisions.
  • Sound judgment in ambiguity and ability to determine when evidence is sufficient to act.
  • Track record of driving cross-functional decisions without formal authority over all stakeholders.
  • Excellent written communication skills for presenting quantitative arguments to executive audiences.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Own the incentive system that moves therapist availability toward where clients actually need it, designed to be targeted, measurable, and reversible.
  • Own the structure and clarity of the compensation model, including what a therapist can predict about their earnings and what the model rewards.
  • Define what “well supplied” means for the network and build the tools and features to close gaps.
  • Build a compelling and sustainable earnings proposition for therapists, using controlled rollouts and rigorous measurement.
  • Incentivize specific behaviors including therapist availability, match acceptance, and continuity of care.
  • Analyze and quantify the impact of changes to plan next steps based on data.
  • Partner closely with matching, eligibility, member experience, therapist experience, and provider acquisition teams.
  • Collaborate with finance, clinical, legal, marketing, data science, and operations to launch and measure changes.
