Requirements
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience building 0-to-1 (e.g., launching a new category or BD function).
- Experience in two of: consulting/structured problem-solving, BD/sales execution, or early-stage startup operating.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior external stakeholders.
- Experience navigating large partner organizations independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex deal structures to executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the partnerships pipeline for new product lines, including outreach, agreement, and onboarding.
- Lead insurance carrier and partner conversations independently to qualify fit and structure value propositions.
- Design creative deal structures for non-standard partnership opportunities.
- Own partner success post-close to ensure long-term engagement and ramp.
- Contribute to vertical strategy by leveraging insights on partner acceptance to inform new product bets.
