Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically focused on native mobile development.
- Proficiency in native iOS mobile development using Swift.
- Ability to independently implement moderately complex features and algorithms.
- Experience using version control tools (e.g., GitHub).
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Comfort writing and maintaining unit tests.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Experience communicating technical details to team members, product managers, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Handle small-to-medium features independently and take ownership of moderately complex tasks.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews.
- Collaborate with Product to refine requirements and shape solutions.
- Deliver high-quality software solutions and engage in troubleshooting and debugging.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of services in production environments.
- Contribute to building and maintaining reliable distributed systems.
- Participate in team ceremonies and assist in unblocking others.
- Use Claude Code in daily workflows and undergo AI training.
- Ensure code quality, testing standards, and deployment practices are optimized.
- Participate in on-call duties.
