Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading service design projects in consulting, agency, or enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, design, engineering, or a related field (MBA/MS a plus).
- Command of business principles, financial analysis, and market dynamics.
- Expertise in business design toolsets such as BMC/Lean Canvas, TAM/SAM/SOM, and service blueprinting.
- Proficiency in Agile, JTBD, Design Thinking, and Lean Start-Up methodologies.
- Analytical skills using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills using PPT, Miro, and Figma.
- Experience with enterprise digital ecosystems and emerging technologies.
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic service design leadership with measurable business impact.
- Case studies showing complex stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Examples of service design work spanning multiple touchpoints and organizational systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end service design engagements with Fortune 500 clients.
- Navigate complex organizational dynamics and align stakeholders across business units.
- Manage project teams while contributing to the development of the service design practice.
- Lead service design initiatives in high-growth sectors including healthcare and government.
- Draft responses to sales opportunities and craft compelling proposals.
- Design end-to-end service ecosystems and create service blueprints, journey maps, and transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Visual Design and Product Design teams.
- Mentor junior designers and elevate talent from UX and research backgrounds.
- Contribute to business development through portfolio development and thought leadership.
