Job Details

7+ years of experience leading service design projects in consulting, agency, or enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s degree in business, design, engineering, or a related field (MBA/MS a plus).
Command of business principles, financial analysis, and market dynamics.
Expertise in business design toolsets such as BMC/Lean Canvas, TAM/SAM/SOM, and service blueprinting.
Proficiency in Agile, JTBD, Design Thinking, and Lean Start-Up methodologies.
Analytical skills using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills using PPT, Miro, and Figma.
Experience with enterprise digital ecosystems and emerging technologies.
Portfolio demonstrating strategic service design leadership with measurable business impact.
Case studies showing complex stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Examples of service design work spanning multiple touchpoints and organizational systems.

Lead end-to-end service design engagements with Fortune 500 clients.
Navigate complex organizational dynamics and align stakeholders across business units.
Manage project teams while contributing to the development of the service design practice.
Lead service design initiatives in high-growth sectors including healthcare and government.
Draft responses to sales opportunities and craft compelling proposals.
Design end-to-end service ecosystems and create service blueprints, journey maps, and transformation roadmaps.
Collaborate with Visual Design and Product Design teams.
Mentor junior designers and elevate talent from UX and research backgrounds.
