Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of total IT experience.
- Targeted expertise in Federal/DoD IT or telecommunications program management.
- Active or interim Tier 1 (T1/NACI) security clearance verified within DISS.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Proficiency in Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) service contracts.
- Experience with Government telecommunications systems (e.g., GSA E-Morris, TIBI, DISA StoreFront).
- Understanding of DoD network transport technologies (MPLS, Ethernet, VoIP, satellite/wireless).
- Familiarity with DoDI 5200.48, DoDI 8582.01, and DFARS Clause 252.204-7012.
- Ability to work 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.
- Must sign a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) authorizing submission for this contract.
Responsibilities
- Direct overall performance of the 25-person TSST workforce, actively managing work distribution, supervising personnel, and maintaining staffing levels.
- Serve as the principal interface between corporate delivery teams, the DITCO Transition PMO, DoD agencies, and telecommunications contractors.
- Provide technical and operational support to the DoD Program Manager, including developing executive briefings and progress reports.
- Formulate and maintain a contract-wide Quality Assurance Plan to oversee data validation and service order processing.
- Oversee the tracking of approximately 70,000 transition actions to prevent billing anomalies or service gaps.
- Maintain the program Risk Register and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Guide the modification of the Transition Strategy and Management Plan (TSMP) and review agency transition plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of monthly progress reports, risk registers, and status reports.
