3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping and owning features in production.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend development, preferably with React.
Hands-on experience with Go, or strong backend experience in Python, Java, Node.js, or C# with ability to ramp up in Go.
Real experience designing and consuming REST APIs, including handling auth flows, pagination, rate limits, and partial failures.
Comfortable working across the stack from database to interface.
Working proficiency in SQL.
Experience developing solutions in the cloud or using cloud services such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Proven AI-augmented working style and familiarity with AI engineering tools.
Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Design and ship integrations against third-party billing and usage APIs including handling authentication, incremental sync, rate limits, and error handling.
Invest in the Integrations Framework, testing harnesses, and scaffolding to streamline the integration development lifecycle.
Use AI tools daily across the entire engineering workflow, from exploring codebases to debugging and documentation.
Build customer-facing interfaces for integration health, status, error states, and credential rotation.
Design self-service capabilities into the framework for diagnostics, backfills, and reconnects.
Propose, spec, implement, and maintain features end-to-end.
