Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of professional relevant work experience equivalent).
- 2+ years of professional working experience in a fast-paced professional environment, ideally within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Highly organized, able to work on and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Client service mindset.
- Previous hands-on experience or knowledge of Workday Recruiting or similar enterprise-level Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven experience working with US-based business teams.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work a night shift (7:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST) for EST overlap.
- Quiet workspace with internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
Responsibilities
- Own the scheduling experience for remote interviews across our North and South America based positions.
- Manage and oversee virtual onsite interviews to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Communicate professionally with our candidates and internal team members.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Maintain assigned candidate status and tasks tracking within an Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate information across all requisitions.
- Collaborate on and manage recruiting projects within Candidate Experience and Employer Branding as they arise, as well as make suggestions to improve recruiting/interview processes.
