Requirements
- Strong track record in building and architecting backends that are actively used at scale.
- Experience developing large applications in Go.
- Experience using databases at a very large scale.
- Experience with profiling and optimizing distributed code that uses large databases and streaming platforms.
- Hands-on experience with microservices and Kubernetes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to frequently communicate with distributed teams in Europe and US.
- Knowledge of GCP services (plus).
- Experience building connectors that integrate at API level with enterprise SaaS applications (plus).
Responsibilities
- Design, extend and optimize a large-scale, highly scalable, and fault-tolerant system that handles large graph datasets at enterprise scale.
- Architect and implement Security products to protect customer data.
- Solve real-world scaling problems that require thorough performance analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Work with a modern microservices-based software stack including Go, Kubernetes, BigTable, BigQuery, Spanner, Redis, Docker, and Etcd.
- Write secure-by-design hardened software to process untrusted data.
