- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must currently live in the United States.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Hold a valid Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Coachability and willingness to apply feedback.
- Comfortable engaging in daily phone-based client conversations.
- Demonstrated reliability and consistency in daily work activities.
- Ambition to build a career with high performance-based upside.
Responsibilities
- Log into the system and manage a queue of incoming life insurance leads.
- Engage with potential clients via phone or Zoom to discuss their life insurance needs.
- Evaluate client situations, including family size, budget, and existing coverage.
- Recommend and help clients select insurance policies that fit their specific requirements.
- Complete ongoing training via the internal portal to enhance product knowledge.
- Collaborate with a designated mentor for support and guidance during client interactions.
