Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of computers, networking, and the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Accurately place customer-issued POs into the system.
- Follow up on orders to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Manage open orders to ensure they are delivered expediently.
- Confirm invoicing activity is timely and accurate.
- Proactively resolve problems at customer and supplier levels.
- Source products via advantageous pricing from vendor programs.
- Assist customers with returns, inquiries, and requests for information.
- Develop relationships with sales, vendors, and internal departments.
- Assist with quoting and offer add-on opportunities like warranties and accessories.
