Responsibilities
- Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps and potential discounts.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Assist existing policyholders with service requests such as vehicle, driver, and lienholder changes.
- Master the insurance product offerings and app functionality to provide expert guidance.
- Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate insurance coverage.
- Provide product feedback to the team to help improve service and features.
