- Proven experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Meta advertising and lead-generation campaigns.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence in phone-based customer interactions.
- Ability to build rapport, ask effective qualifying questions, and guide conversations.
- Strong commercial judgment to identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Experience managing leads and pipelines through a CRM.
- Ability to create persuasive campaign copy and customer-facing content.
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and priorities independently.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and speak with prospective customers by phone to qualify opportunities.
- Apply qualification criteria to distinguish genuine sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track lead status.
- Create persuasive campaign copy, email marketing content, and customer communications.
- Report on marketing performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and advertising spend.
