Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to type at least 55 words per minute with high accuracy.
Solid understanding of web-based software and ability to troubleshoot browser and network-specific issues.
Proficiency with CRM tools and automated system navigation.
Ability to read and follow flow diagrams and decision trees.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, holidays, and variable hours.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is desired.
Previous experience in customer service, IT helpdesk, or electronic documentation systems is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to prospective and current customers, patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals via phone, chat, and email.
Accurately assess and resolve inquiries while documenting all interactions in the CRM system.
Troubleshoot issues related to insulin pump hardware, software, mobile apps, patient portals, and CGM device integration.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and internal safety procedures.
Perform t:connect log analysis related to customer inquiries.
Identify potential health and safety issues with products and follow notification procedures.
Act as a customer advocate to represent user needs internally.
