Requirements
- Current independent professional license in the state of Alabama
- Professional credentials including LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP
- Residency in Alabama
- Minimum 30 hours of weekly availability
- Commitment to a minimum of 25 sessions per week
- Proficiency with EHR software and telehealth technology
- Experience treating diverse populations including children and couples
- Ability to contribute positively to a clinical community
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy to a diverse client base including couples and children
- Maintain consistent availability of at least 30 hours per week for client sessions
- Complete a minimum of 25 clinical sessions weekly
- Utilize EHR tools and telehealth platforms for patient management
- Participate in clinical community support, including case consultations
- Collaborate with care systems and primary providers to integrate mental and physical health
