Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in multiple HR disciplines.
- Experience in performance management, building a high-performance culture, employee relations, employee engagement, and diversity.
- Strong professionalism and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of employment law across multiple European countries.
- Working knowledge of HR operations, including new-hire onboarding and facilitating performance evaluations.
- Ability to manage data consolidation and employee workload balance.
- Strong logical communication and a strategic, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, rapidly growing environment.
- Experience working with large department functions is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with functional leadership to offer solutions and ensure HR policies align with business goals.
- Provide strategic expertise in organizational development, global compensation, benefits, and talent development.
- Deliver performance management guidance, including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase employee productivity and retention.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations.
- Identify training needs and provide executive coaching for business units.
- Consult and advise on department structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
