Requirements
- Clinical background: MA, LVN/LPN, RN, or clinical coordinator.
- 4+ years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in a fully remote healthcare role.
- Experience with async patient communication.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Reliable in morning ET hours on weekdays.
- Must be based in and work from the United States.
- Experience working at a startup, telehealth company, or DTC health startup preferred.
- Detail-oriented with documentation skills.
- Willing to sign a BAA and complete a background check.
- Prior HIPAA training or willingness to complete it.
- Professional Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Experience with EHRs, telehealth platforms, or pharmacy/lab portals is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute clinical protocols for order processing, patient communication, and care coordination.
- Manage the daily order queue, monitor at-risk orders, and coordinate with labs and pharmacies.
- Handle asynchronous patient messaging and phone lines in a professional and clinically sound voice.
- Triage inbound messages, escalating appropriately to clinicians as required.
- Support internal care coordination by acting as a liaison between clinical, fulfillment, and partner teams.
