Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing supply chain initiatives and delivering measurable operational results.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams.
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify risks and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee strategic procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and supplier coordination.
  • Manage relationships and negotiations with suppliers, carriers, logistics providers, and other external partners.
  • Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, stock rotation, and replenishment requirements.
  • Analyze supply chain performance data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to maintain supply chain continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and trade-related standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support logistics and supply chain personnel.
  • Evaluate and implement technology and systems to improve supply chain visibility.
