Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Demonstrated experience managing supply chain initiatives and delivering measurable operational results.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams.
- Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify risks and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee strategic procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and supplier coordination.
- Manage relationships and negotiations with suppliers, carriers, logistics providers, and other external partners.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, stock rotation, and replenishment requirements.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to maintain supply chain continuity.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and trade-related standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support logistics and supply chain personnel.
- Evaluate and implement technology and systems to improve supply chain visibility.
