Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enablement, Training, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
  • Proven ability to apply instructional design in the creation and facilitation of training programs.
  • Experience using learner feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Strong working knowledge of LMS/enablement platforms, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, paid media, social, content).
  • Solid understanding of customer success and account management workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of onboarding and skills-training programs for customer-facing roles.
  • Independently facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences tailored to audience needs.
  • Design and maintain training curricula, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments for the company's technology suite and digital marketing channels.
  • Assess learning and performance needs in partnership with Customer Success leaders to recommend effective enablement solutions.
  • Manage assigned learning paths within the LMS, including scheduling, enrollment, and completion tracking.
  • Analyze learner feedback, performance indicators, and data to evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource for Customer Success onboarding, internal technology, and client-service standards.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to anticipate enablement needs and ensure training reflects evolving products and processes.
