Requirements
- Background in measurement, including defining metrics systems or building/evaluating data pipelines.
- Demonstrable experience working closely with data scientists.
- Proven standalone product ownership, including setting direction and managing delivery.
- Technical depth to pressure-test engineering estimates and identify sequencing issues.
- Track record of successfully shipping data products, analytics, or platform features.
- Strong remote-first communication skills, including clear writing and documentation.
- Ability to drive discovery through launch with high-quality standards.
- Strong preference for experience with behavioral analytics, activation/retention instrumentation, or product-led growth.
- Preferred experience with AI/agent products and evaluation frameworks.
- Preferred experience in vertical SaaS or construction/industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Define, defend, and version core measures of project behavior and performance.
- Connect behavioral routines to outcomes to build evidence for project delivery predictability.
- Run product delivery from discovery through QA to launch with an engineering squad.
- Write technical specs and briefs, maintaining ownership of sequencing, estimates, and scope trade-offs.
- Manage data pipelines, aggregated models, and the API/MCP access layer.
- Publish signal contracts for other product teams to integrate into user workflows.
- Feed product decision-making across the organization with data-driven insights.
