Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work.
- Valid, active Texas LCSW license.
- Experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy to diverse populations.
- Experience conducting intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
- Experience developing personalized treatment plans.
- Experience maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Experience using evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and other modalities.
- Experience providing crisis intervention and assessing risk of suicide or harm.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements.
- Experience with telehealth services (preferred).
- Certification or specialized training in a specific therapeutic modality (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients.
- Assess client needs through intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT and DBT.
- Provide crisis intervention and assess risk for suicide or harm.
- Foster a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential environment for clients.
