Requirements
- 7+ years building production systems with Go and/or the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
- Strong backend fundamentals including concurrency, APIs, and reliability
- Hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Strong database skills in PostgreSQL and MongoDB (schema design, indexing, and query tuning)
- Experience with ORMs/ODMs like GORM or Mongoose
- Frontend proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Disciplined testing experience (Go testing, Jest/Vitest, integration tests)
- Confident daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) with secure verification practices
- Strong communication and ability to work across teams
- Ownership mindset with experience delivering end-to-end features
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product features across Go and Node.js/Express backends and React frontend
- Accelerate development using AI-assisted tools like Cursor, Copilot, or ClaudeCode while maintaining clean, verified code
- Design backend services using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) patterns, bounded contexts, and clean architecture
- Implement data models and migrations using PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and event-driven workflows
- Build frontend React interfaces including dashboards and admin workflows
- Implement security fundamentals such as RBAC, audit trails, and least-privilege access
- Own quality through unit, integration, and contract testing as well as CI pipelines
