Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS products.
- Track record of owning features or products end-to-end in production.
- Strong proficiency in Go for backend services, APIs, and data processing.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern React.
- Experience building on public cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure).
- Working proficiency in SQL against analytical stores (e.g., BigQuery).
- Product-oriented thinking with a focus on user impact.
- Demonstrable experience with an AI-augmented engineering workflow.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end: take a problem from understanding the customer's pain, through design and implementation, to release, monitoring and iteration.
- Understand how AI spend works, including token/model pricing and inference economics, to inform product design.
- Utilize AI daily across your full workflow for exploring code, prototyping, generating/reviewing code, debugging, and documenting.
- Design, build, and scale backend services in Go and product interfaces in TypeScript and React.
- Ensure all features are fully available through APIs for both human and agentic use.
- Set standards for the team through design reviews, robust engineering practices, and mentorship.
