5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong experience with Node.js and React.
Solid knowledge of TypeScript.
Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
Strong full-stack capabilities.
Experience developing and shipping AI-powered features in a production environment.
Practical experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals, testing, debugging, and code quality.
Experience with cloud environments and CI/CD.
Understanding of scalable and distributed systems.
English language proficiency at C1 or higher.
Experience working in a product or SaaS environment.

Build and deliver full-stack features end to end using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Develop intuitive, performant, and scalable frontend experiences for a complex B2B SaaS product.
Implement backend services, APIs, business logic, and third-party integrations.
Develop and integrate AI-powered product features.
Participate in system design and architectural decisions.
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code as part of everyday workflow.
Review, debug, test, and improve AI-generated code while maintaining ownership.
Take responsibility for the CI/CD and DevOps aspects of the features built.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product to define requirements and technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies with a distributed international team.
