Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including multi-tenant SaaS products.
- Proven track record of owning features or products end-to-end in production.
- Strong proficiency in Go for backend services and operational data processing.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern React for frontend development.
- Experience building on public cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure).
- Working proficiency in SQL against analytical stores such as BigQuery.
- Product-oriented mindset with the ability to define problems and solutions.
- AI-augmented working style with experience using AI tools in engineering workflows.
- Solid knowledge of software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity in a fast-moving market.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end, including design, implementation, release, monitoring, and iteration.
- Understand AI spend dynamics, including token pricing, inference, GPU economics, and FinOps practices.
- Utilize AI tools throughout the engineering workflow for coding, debugging, prototyping, and documentation.
- Deliver full-stack solutions using Go for backend services and TypeScript/React for user interfaces.
- Design API-first capabilities to ensure functionality is accessible to both humans and automated agents.
- Set engineering standards through design reviews, mentoring peers, and implementing robust development practices.
