Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including multi-tenant SaaS products.
- Demonstrated track record of owning features or products end-to-end in production.
- Strong proficiency in Go for backend services and operational realities.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern React for frontend development.
- Experience building on public cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable).
- Working proficiency in SQL against analytical stores such as BigQuery.
- Product-oriented mindset with focus on user needs and measurable impact.
- Proven AI-augmented engineering workflow and ability to evaluate AI tool efficacy.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, architectural principles, and design patterns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity in a fast-moving market.
Responsibilities
- Own product features end-to-end from problem understanding through design, implementation, release, and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Go and product experiences using TypeScript and React.
- Utilize AI tools daily for codebase exploration, prototyping, code generation, debugging, and documentation.
- Implement API-first capabilities to support both human users and automated agents.
- Collaborate on design and define engineering standards to ensure high-quality, scalable product delivery.
- Analyze AI spend data including token pricing, model costs, and infrastructure economics to inform product direction.
