Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS products and a track record of owning features end-to-end in production.
- Strong proficiency in Go for backend services, APIs, and data processing.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern React.
- Experience building on public cloud (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure).
- Working proficiency in SQL against analytical stores such as BigQuery.
- Comfortable working across the entire stack, from data models to user interfaces.
- Product-oriented mindset with the ability to articulate feature value to customers.
- Proven AI-augmented working style, with the ability to discuss specific use cases and limitations of AI tooling.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-organized, goal-oriented, and tenacious personality.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end, taking problems from understanding customer pain through design, implementation, release, and iteration.
- Define success for features and own outcomes including reliability, user experience, and measurable impact.
- Apply deep knowledge of AI spend economics, including token/model pricing and GPU utilization, to design decisions.
- Utilize AI tools daily across the engineering workflow for coding, debugging, prototyping, and documentation.
- Deliver full-stack solutions, designing and scaling backend services in Go and product interfaces in TypeScript and React.
- Ensure all platform capabilities are accessible via APIs for both human and agentic use.
- Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful design reviews, mentorship, and the establishment of robust development standards.
