Requirements
- 9+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience at a Staff or Tech Lead level.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major backend programming language (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Scala, Python).
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end products in a global, collaborative environment.
- Experience with architectural patterns of large-scale web applications, including APIs, data pipelines, and algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and articulate technical trade-offs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business problems and develop project solutions.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle for projects, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Drive technical discussions and ensure alignment with global strategies across CS products.
- Tackle complex technical challenges and proactively mitigate project risks.
- Write high-quality code and design documents while setting team standards.
- Embed engineering best practices and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Coach and mentor engineers to support team growth and capabilities.
- Participate in recruiting efforts and conduct interviews.
