Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion/EPM.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EPM Cloud.
- 3+ years of experience supporting finance functions such as FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, or Tax.
- Solid financial statement literacy.
- Hands-on experience building AI automation and AI agents, including agentic workflows and LLM-based automation (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation, pipeline troubleshooting, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Experience with EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, building forms, and application optimization.
- Experience supporting integrations between Oracle EPM and ERP via OIC or equivalent middleware.
- Experience operating data orchestration and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Oracle EPM Planning modules including Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Cash Forecast.
- Develop and maintain business rules and calc scripts using Groovy scripting.
- Manage data integration flows with AWS data warehouse, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Workday using EPM Automate and integration tools.
- Partner with FP&A to automate manual models and enhance data integration to streamline budget and forecasting cycles.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to streamline finance processes.
- Maintain reports using EPM Reports and support finance users with Smart View template creation and ad-hoc analysis.
- Operate and troubleshoot data orchestration and ETL/ELT pipelines, managing execution logs and coordinating incidents.
