Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Significant experience building production Go services.
- Expert-level proficiency in Go.
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
- Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
- Solid understanding of API design (REST, gRPC, or GraphQL).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of observability practices (logging, metrics, tracing).
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement performant, scalable, and reliable Go-based microservices for real-time workloads.
- Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of complex features.
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve distributed system resilience.
- Drive architectural decisions and provide technical mentorship to Software Engineers.
- Define best practices for code quality, testing, observability, and deployment.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations for production incidents.
