Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, product listings, or marketplace SEO.
- Understanding of keyword research, SEO, conversion optimization, and competitive analysis.
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Newegg, or similar marketplaces.
- Intermediate knowledge in Paid Media - PPC.
- Strong written English and excellent attention to detail.
- Practical experience using AI tools for content creation, research, or process improvement.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate information into clear, compelling content.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings across multiple marketplaces.
- Conduct keyword research and apply marketplace SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, search terms, and other listing content.
- Analyze competitors, search trends, and marketplace performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Improve listings to increase customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain catalog accuracy, consistency, and overall listing health.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for research, copywriting, content creation, and workflow development.
- Review and fact-check AI-generated content before publishing.
- Create or direct the development of product images, infographics, and short-form videos.
- Collaborate on strategies to improve product presentation and customer experience across marketplaces.
