Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Specific expertise in deployment architecture and release management.
- Proven hands-on experience with Copado or comparable Salesforce-native DevOps platforms (e.g., AutoRABIT, Flosum).
- Strong expertise in Salesforce metadata structure, package management, Metadata API, DevOps Center, and change sets.
- Practical experience with Git version control and branching models.
- Proficiency in automated testing integration and continuous delivery concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting and cross-functional communication skills.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute deployment activities across multiple Salesforce environments.
- Leverage and manage Salesforce-native DevOps platforms like Copado to automate release lifecycles.
- Architect and maintain Salesforce metadata structures and oversee environment synchronization.
- Implement and enforce Git version control, branching models, and continuous delivery concepts.
- Collaborate with admin, developer, and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve merge conflicts.
