Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience in a SaaS or fintech environment preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle Fusion.
- Understanding of finance and accounting workflows.
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions to finance and operations stakeholders.
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills to steer conversations.
- Collaborative mindset for working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Exceptional organization, problem-solving skills, and ownership.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams supporting high-value implementations and expansion.
- Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess requirements and propose scalable solutions involving ERP, HRIS, and API integrations.
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams and ensure faster time-to-value.
- Solve technical hurdles and propose product implementations for customers using integration and configuration options.
- Participate in technical discovery to recommend best-fit architecture, including the use of Ramp’s API.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for HRIS and Accounting integration partners.
- Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling to scale support for integration use cases.
- Influence the product roadmap by channeling customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
