Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with React.js in production environments
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Deep understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend patterns
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered developer tools in day-to-day engineering workflows
- Ability to effectively use AI for debugging, refactoring, documentation, and productivity
- Experience performing peer code reviews and mentoring engineers
- Strong Git and version control practices
- Understanding of frontend security best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable user-facing features using React and TypeScript
- Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive, and production-ready interfaces
- Build reusable, maintainable, and extensible frontend components and libraries
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define APIs and data contracts
- Leverage modern AI development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code) to improve engineering productivity
- Conduct regular code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level engineers
- Identify technical debt areas and proactively recommend modernization strategies
