Requirements
- 15+ years of experience shipping software products or services.
- Professional background in Product Management, Program Management, Business Analysis, Architecture, Development, QA, Release Management, DevOps, Product Support, or Professional Services.
- Strong technical acumen and technical horsepower.
- Demonstrated ability to work from home and be self-directed.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in both remote and in-person capacities.
- Willingness to learn and undertake tasks outside of initial comfort zone.
- Action-oriented personality with a focus on delivering results.
- Passion for mentoring and improving high-performing teams.
- Preferred: Knowledge of project management tools such as TFS or Jira.
- Preferred: Experience with C# or Java development technologies.
- Preferred: Familiarity with build, test, and deployment tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, Selenium, or Chef.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical due diligence to identify technology strengths, risks, and opportunities for private equity investors.
- Assess the capabilities of software engineering organizations and develop improvement plans.
- Design and implement technical solutions, including Agile methodology transformations.
- Mentor and guide junior software developers and engineers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client technical leads to deliver projects.
- Create comprehensive reports outlining technical investment risks for stakeholders.
