- Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives
- Proven ability to build scalable processes
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with business operations frameworks (e.g., OKRs, RACI)
- Comfort with building business cases, ROI models, and performance reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional programs focused on operational alignment, process optimization, and future-state planning
- Map current-state operational processes across teams and propose future-state models
- Identify gaps and redundancies in workflows, tools, and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program goals, success metrics, and timelines
- Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication for initiatives
- Support the development of RACI models and governance structures
- Develop and execute a scalable vendor management strategy, including RFPs/RFIs, cost-benefit analyses, and contract negotiation
