Requirements
- 10+ years of direct experience in commercial data strategy, data management, and sales operations.
- Deep expertise in data warehousing, CRM, MDM, BI, Omnichannel, and AI systems.
- Prior launch experience at an emerging biotech is required.
- Active member of a commercial launch team with understanding of cross-functional dependencies.
- Extensive experience designing governance frameworks and enterprise data ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, schema design, and data lifecycle management.
- Proven experience enabling analytics through structured data and third-party commercial data sources.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners and manage third-party vendors.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to explain complex concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the commercial data environment in collaboration with IT.
- Lead commercial data integration strategies and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ensure timely ingestion and validation of diverse data sources including specialty pharmacy, CRM, and claims.
- Design and implement data governance frameworks, quality standards, and master data management (MDM) strategies.
- Lead the adoption of AI and advanced analytics tools including predictive modeling and generative AI.
- Monitor department performance and collaborate with commercial leadership to implement improvements.
- Ensure all data practices comply with company, privacy, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
